But I love how Twiiter, FB et al are dubbed “new” media. No. Its just media. This is it. It’s not new anymore. You don’t call a child in Grade 2 a newborn baby anymore, do you?  This is the 21st Century. It's time for the courts to catch up. In jargon at least."
