Random thoughts that need to be asked and answered

PrintShare

Two things on my mind:

  1. Have you ever had anything on your fork, knowing you have one final bite left, staring at a computer screen, only to put the fork in your mouth and clamp down on metal? I don’t remember eating that last piece. I was so looking forward to it! Where did it go?
  2. If you were a CEO of a company and had to use the same bathroom as your staff, would you change your habits? Would you turn from urinal to cubicle? (Obviously directed at males, since I have a male CEO which prompted the thought.) Would you be more conscious of the number of paper napkins you use since your company is meant to be “green aware”?

For sure! Just be yourself and be natural huh? I suppose they didn’t get into that position by not being themselves 100%, so continue being the person who got to that position. And I suppose if anyone is going to nitpick, they will nitpick over the two napkins you use or the three napkins you use!

as ceo of my life, i follow a few rules:

home is for solid food, work is for liquid.

did you know, up until early/mid-20th c., working class drinking saloons had urinals under the bar for patrons to casually use? just unzip while seated and let it flow. these days, well, it’s the same in some cultures. but my point is, as a modern man i go into that little room to do my business.

in the future, as a ceo or a larger org, i will have my own personal washroom and shower at work. now that is civil.

Haha, like your style, both written and outlook!
I like the idea of a personal washroom. I am a bit disconcerted when I am applying my makeup before heading out after work or washing my hands and the CEO is next to me. I feel like both our privacy is being invaded!
